Your health is of utmost importance. Sleep is a major player in your good heath. It builds your immunity and these days we need that in peak shape
Take 1 tablespoon of your favourite carrier/massage oil (coconut, avocado, shea butter, argan). Place into a small cup or dish. To this oil add 6 drops of Lavender and 3 drops of frankincense or cedar wood or vetiver essential oil
Dip your fingers into the blend and gently rub the bottom of your feet with this. As you rub, be sure to massage each toe (perhaps you recall the children’s story of ‘this little piggy’). Then move the massage movement to just under your toes to the area where they meet the soles of your feet
As you are massaging taking in deep breaths right down to your tummy. Place a tiny drop of the massage blend under your nose. Ahhh, smells so good
Work all over your feet. Don’t forget to gently rub your arches
Should you feel any little lumps like a small pea or smaller under your skin, gentle rub around it then press on it and hold for a few seconds. This helps the tissue relax and release
Don’t rush this massage. Just tune into what you are doing to your feet and how relaxing it’s feeling.
As you massage also notice how your fingers are feeling. You could also give your hands the same type of massage.
I usually find that by the time I’ve massaged my feet, my head is getting very heavy. Just explaining this to you has me relaxing and going into a love state of relaxation
